Wanda brings over 15-years of experience in leadership development training, sales training, and curriculum development.  Wanda has extensive experience leading and facilitating instructor-led, virtual and web-based learning solutions across three continents including Europe, South and North America.  Her work has inspired transformation and development in prominent organizations that span multiple industries including: pharmaceuticals, human services and non-profit, telecommunications and transportation.

In her work, Wanda cares deeply about making the field of leadership development more inclusive of populations traditionally lacking access to those types of resources.  As such, she is a candidate of a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning where she will explore the intersectionality of women, leadership and culture.

Wanda holds a B.S. from Howard University in Experimental Psychology and Statistics with a minor in Human Development.  She is a certified Master Trainer by the Association of Talent Development and is also certified to deliver programs through the Center of Creative Leadership (CCL).
