Over the past 10 years, Nia has been designing, developing and facilitating instructor-led and e-learning courses for various industries including non-profits, international development, healthcare and financial institutions. Her reach spans globally developing curriculum for farmers, entrepreneurs, leaders, project managers, etc. in Latin America, Africa, Afghanistan and the United States. Nia has a deep passion for learning as a vehicle to create behavior change and help others see their unlimited potential to realize their goals and dreams.
Nia earned her Master’s in Instructional Design and Learning Technology from George Mason University, Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in Saint Louis, and an eLearning certificate from George Mason University.
