Andy earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. He has over 25 years of global experience as a senior OD leader at Exxon/Mobil, BFGoodrich Specialty Chemicals, and Pfizer, working with all functional areas and executive leadership.
