Paula is an experienced learning and development leader known by her clients for her relentless passion to make a significant positive impact on those in her personal and professional spheres of influence.  Paula has spent 20 years in this capacity within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a strong command of adult learning principles and participant-centered engagement in facilitation. She has held roles within sales, leadership, marketing, and global training where she successfully developed, delivered, implemented, and evaluated training and development curricula for organizations both in the US and abroad.  With expertise in leadership, planning and organizing, and project management, Paula is skilled in assessing need, creating outcomes-oriented learning programs, and working with senior leaders to optimally coach their teams to excellence in performance.

Paula holds a BS in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a MA in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Christian Ministries Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.  Paula holds certifications in DiSC, GROW, and the John Maxwell Training Team.

Paula has served in the volunteer role of Christian ministry leader for 20 years and she also conducts free community based lived and virtual workshops to help people grow in skills that can help them advance in their careers.  Paula is an active member and leader in her church and participates in multiple ongoing community volunteer projects and programs in her home state of Connecticut.
