Kevin Tennant
Kevin initially entered the workforce as a pharmacologist for Marion Laboratories after earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from Baker University and a master’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Kansas. He soon branched out into pharmacology sales and sales management, which expanded into sales training and leadership development roles. Success in these roles earned him opportunities to lead in positions including director of leadership development with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and vice president of professional development with the Ther-Rx Corporation.
Kevin’s corporate background naturally led to extensive consulting work with pharmaceutical clients, developing and delivering training resources to support sales, human resources, organizational development, and leadership development initiatives. He has also done work for Eagle’s Flight, an experiential training company, facilitating large corporate-wide training and cultural change initiatives for clients in the pet food manufacturing, international banking, and oil and gas service industries.
These experiences have broadened the scope of what Kevin can offer in his development and delivery of results-focused training. He is as comfortable and competent in front of producers on the manufacturing floor as he is with leaders in corporate offices.
