Jim Bezila

Jim is a senior consultant and coach for ALG. He has coached and developed hundreds of individuals at all levels, including senior vice president, vice president, director, and regional and district managers to achieve personal and professional success through continuous improvement. Jim specializes in enhancing individual and/or team development, including:

  • developmental and succession coaching for top talent,
  • performance enhancement and behavioral coaching for mid- and senior-level managers,
  • team coaching to establish clarity around roles and responsibilities, and
  • jump-starting managers and executives into new assignments.

Jim has more than two decades of experience as a leader and manager in the pharmaceuticals industry. He began his career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 1977 and became a leader and mentor on the Pfizer management team, serving as a highly successful district and regional business manager. Jim’s career path at Pfizer took him to the senior director of leadership and coaching development role in the southeast regional business unit, and he pioneered and held the only internal executive coaching position within the Pfizer sales organization. Most recently, Jim was the national sales director for UCB, where he led the CNS sales force.
