Ginine Capozzi

Ginine Capozzi is in perpetual motion, in her role as a Talent Development Consultant at Accelerated Leadership Group and beyond, as an active member of the community where she can be found volunteering with the Association of Talent Development (ATD), People to People International, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County. Ginine is a hands-on leader who pushes the boundaries of professional development. She is well-versed in the science of adult learning and talent development and applies her knowledge in all aspects of her work. With over 15 years of industry experience, her expertise is in curriculum development, instructional design and facilitation that is engaging, learner-focused and results-oriented. In 2012 she started KnowledgeForce a comprehensive learning and development firm that specializes in business operations and product training. By developing customized training programs that align with business needs individuals learn new skills, leverage previous experiences, improve communication and teamwork, and gain efficiencies within the organizational structure.

Throughout her career, Ginine’s held a variety of roles in education and training including, high school teacher, college professor, training facilitator, instructional designer, learning solutions architect, and business owner. She has worked with over 75 organizations, many who are part of the US Fortune 100. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Rochester Institute of Technology in Printing Management and Packaging Science, and a Master of Education Degree (M.Ed.) in Career and Technical Education with a concentration in Adult Education from Buffalo State College. She is certified in HBDI®, Whole Brain® Thinking and Hogan Assessments.

Ginine is always on the lookout for new ways to deliver dynamic training, whether through gaming, simulations, m-learning or e-learning. But it’s Ginine’s dual strengths—forging strong relationships and delivering projects that meet real-world needs—that have made her an asset to our organization.
