Jenner Marcucci

Jenner Marcucci brings more than 24 years of experience working with Fortune 500 organizations, government entities, start-ups, education, and privately held organizations. He is client-focused and possesses the ability to quickly learn their industry, needs, and strategy, and to create solutions that drive real metrics. He is a masterful facilitator who engages audiences with his enthusiasm, energy, and humor.

After graduating from Brigham Young University, Jenner joined Pfizer, where his career spanned sales, sales training, sales management, operations, and leadership development. As an independent consultant, he worked with several highly successful organizations including Novartis, Alcon, Allied Barton, The US Air Force, Indiana Public Schools, and Milwaukee Tool as well as multiple specialty biotech organizations.

His experience, from working in the trenches to reporting to C-suite executives, gives him the insight and perspective of frontline employees as well as of the CEO. He has worked across multiple functions including sales, human resources, operations, IT, legal, and international, and across multiple continents including Asia, Europe, and South America.

Most recently, Jenner worked as Vice-President of Global Learning and Development for Catalina, the number-one personalized digital media company in the world, where he created and implemented their worldwide learning and development strategy. He possesses over a dozen certifications in multiple languages, including key programs from Covey, Blanchard, and others.

Jenner spent two years in Spain as a volunteer representative and is fluent in Spanish.
