Cindy Weingartner

Cindy brings a broad array of experience and expertise in sales, sales management, training, and HR talent management to her role of consultant at ALG.

After graduating from Ohio University with a degree in business, Cindy began her career at Computer Science Corporation, designing industry-leading market data packages for large financial institutions in Ohio and Kentucky.

In 1996, she joined General Electric, where she managed a $200 million sales territory as well as facilitated sales training seminars for audiences of 10 to 200 attendees.

In 2001, Cindy began her career with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where she successfully completed the management development program and was promoted to district sales manager for the Ohio and Kentucky districts. Cindy was selected to join the HR talent management group to help launch a new performance management tool for the U.S. sales force from 2012 through 2013. She was then selected as the project manager leading the development and launch of the first iPad-compatible field coaching tool for the U.S. GenMeds sales force.

Throughout Cindy’s career, customers and peers have consistently cited her ability to communicate clearly, her use of well-developed problem-solving skills to accurately identify and understand each customer’s needs, and her “yes we can” approach to new projects as the keys to her continued success.
