Jeff Blakely


Jeff Blakely is a senior consultant for ALG. He draws on his experience as an award-winning sales representative, training leader, and consultant to global sales leaders to add real-world credibility and relevant examples that speak to his clients.

Jeff spent more than a dozen years at Pfizer in roles including senior director of field force effectiveness, consulting with the company’s sales organizations and their leaders in over 30 countries. He worked closely with top country and regional management to develop and deliver tools and training programs that would drive results and share best practices across regions. Jeff also utilized sophisticated computer modeling to help these organizations implement appropriate sales structures to support their sales and marketing needs.

Jeff earned his bachelor of science degree in management from Mississippi College. He currently specializes in facilitating leadership development and training sessions on emotional intelligence, leadership development, coaching for success, performance management, DISC, and goal setting.
