Christopher A. Black

 

Chris Black brings more than 20 years of business and human resource operations and consulting experience to his role as a senior consultant for ALG.

Chris began his career as an HR consultant and HR director with GE Company. He also served as an HR business partner and HR manager for Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) and an organization effectiveness consultant for KB Resource Group. His consulting clients have included Raytheon, Applied Materials, Yamaha Marine Corporation, BioLab-Chemtura, the Home Depot Company, the Coca-Cola Company, Deloitte Consulting, the Department of Defense, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Chris holds an MBA degree from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary. He specializes in helping his clients with leadership development, training and development, instructional design, team coaching, strategy facilitation, change management, HR process improvement, and HR strategy and process consulting.
