Bill Dickinson

 

Bill Dickinson is a highly credible Executive Leadership Development Consultant adept at promoting leadership competence and highly productive organizational cultures. He is a trusted adviser to CEOs and Senior Leadership Teams as they envision the future and execute on priority plans for organizational growth and effectiveness. Bill is also a strategist who thinks with and for companies as they seek to grow and execute on their leadership with and for all stakeholders. Previously, Bill was Vice President of Client Services for a large non-profit organization where he managed the development of a comprehensive suite of consulting services for senior management and the management teams of 40 organizational units both domestically and internationally. Bill also collaborated in the development and design of a two-year, 29-day, leadership curriculum entitled Leadership in Context. In this capacity, he managed all business development and sales while hiring and developing leadership consultants for a rapidly expanding delivery schedule which grew 150% in the first two years. In addition, he worked closely with the President, Executive Team, and Board of Directors to promote a purposeful cultural climate that emphasized the unique contribution of every team member.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Dickinson worked as a Sales & Marketing executive for Procter & Gamble Co, where he increased sales and brand space for all paper products within his assigned geographic markets. Here he successfully increased sales, shelf-space, and market share by 33%.
